Mastihari EWKos

A house (at first for holidays) outside the village of Mastihari at the North side of Kos Island. This is the first KPM project and shows nicely what we can do for our customers. The house has become a landmark for this neighbourhood because it really stands out. The view from the house is magnificent.

This project started in February 2004 and ended in April 2005. Including garage this house counts 162 m˛. Top floor has a big balcony, kitchen, living, bedroom and bathroom. Base level counts 3 guest rooms, a garage and a utility room (heating, water pumps, etc.). We state a house per m˛ will cost you between 850 and 1100 Euro's and in this case we landed nicely in the middle.

A seriously relaxed Walter enjoying his stay on Kos. Now that the house is finished he takes as much time off as he can to visit his second home.
