Construction

Our main activity! In this section we give you some examples of previous projects, we tell you what to expect and how we guide you through the building proces. Mind you, not everything will be written down into detail because everybody is different in wishes and ways to do it. A face to face meeting with us will be necessary for us to match your needs with our possibilities

Rentals

We rent out holiday homes on behalf of our existing customers. These homes are mostly renovated and maintained by us on behalf these customers. In this section we show you the properties for you to rent for your holiday and we also explain which services we provide to rent your own house out to holiday makers

Real Estate

Although our main goal is not to be a real estate agent, sometimes we hear of interesting properties - plots of land with or without an existing house - that might be of interest for you: our future client. If there is a real estate agent involved we bring you into contact with him and act with you as a client and make sure your interests are served in the best way possible

Maintenance

You have a house on Kos but you lack the time to take care of it? You like to arrive on your holiday destination in a clean and welcoming house? This section might be very interesting for you.
