The two partners in KPM have their unique qualities and therefore roughly describe them in being the Mediator and the Communicator.
Mediator
Going round the island and arranging people and materials for the work, then get it done correctly on the building sites: Ole Sivertsen.
Some words on Ole:
- he knows the Greeks and their language very well by having done different jobs in the last 25 years on Kos
- he can talk offers down, a proven fact
- he can guide all different partners to one goal
- by renovating severall stone house ruins he gained a big knowledge of the local materials and craftsmen

Communicator
The guiding and planning in designs and on the building sites is done by the 'Clerk of the works'. Al administration and client communication by the internet: Hans van der Velden.
Some words on Hans:
- 9 years of technical and practical study in building technology which is good to think out technical solutions and explain them to all building partners
- in 11 years of working experience in (financial) planning supports the major part of his job for you
- ability to think with the client in design and skills to work them out in an understandable way (drawings, pictures, scale models)
- knowledge of the internet and information technology: to provide our clients with all information and events by means of email and a dedicated website
