The interior of the house is kept in the original old Greek style with raised sleeping areas and decorated with genuine antique furniture. Kitchen and bathroom even though kept in the old style has all modern up to date facilities that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor. What really makes this property the perfect holiday base though, is its garden and pool area. The pool area with its covered BBQ, sun chair, dinner table, fridge, stereo etc. makes it the place where you will want to spend the major part of your holiday, right from breakfast after your morning swim to silly early hours of the morning after BBQ dinners by the poolside. At night not only the pool has lights but also the whole garden is lit up by discretely positioned spotlights, giving the place a magic feel to it.

Location

Although Evangelistria village is one of the quietest corners on Kos Island, the next village called Zia is only 1.5 km away and offers an abundance of cozy Greek taverns if you decide to eat out and even though the village is 400m above the sea, beach life and swimming is only 10min. away by car. Kos main town is 15km away and being one of Greece's most popular tourist resorts, it offers everything anyone could possibly want as far as shopping/ sightseeing/ wining-dining/ clubbing etc. goes.

Car rental etc.: The village has a local bus service twice a day, but it is recommended to hire a car for your transport as it will greatly improve your holiday to be independent, and have a chance to see the many lovely corners of the island that cannot be reached by public transport. The caretaker will be more than happy to arrange the rent a car of your choice, and have it parked for you in the airport when you arrive, no waiting-no hassle. Prices start at 30 Euro pr. day.

More toys!! If you wish to spice your holiday with some more extravagant activities, there is no end to what the caretaker of this property has up his sleeve!!! Island hopping by private plane, Sailing yacht for a day with or without captain, Harley Davidson rental, Jeep Safari, Painting courses, Pottery classes, You name it, and you'll get it !!!
