Part of the KPM services is to bring you into contact with people who have valuable services for you. We think an insurance for your house is very crucial. An insurance is compulsory, in 2008 a national law became active which forces you to have a basic insurance. We think it's important to make sure you have an insurance as soon as your house is finished.

The most valuable partner we can recommend at the moment is Yannis Karakios. He is an agent for the National Bank Insurances (Ethniki Asfalistiki) and we are insured by him as well.

Of all insurances Yannis offers we focus here on the home insurance (Asfalistiki & Spiti). In a later stage we will explain you every detail. Until now we provide you with a copy of the leaflet with icons that explain itself we think.

In a personal conversation Yannis will provide you with all details, possibilities and can answer all your questions regarding this subject.

This insurance is divided in 4 categories and starts with basic category Alpha. Category Vita is the second one and gives extra insurance on top of Alpha. And so on.

De contribution per year is based on the value of your house per € 1.000,-. The categories are priced as follows (prices 2008):

  • Alpha: € 0,80
  • Vita: € 1,00
  • Gamma: € 1,10
  • Delta: € 1,20

Example: if you insure a house of € 200.000,- with top insurance category Delta your contribution per year will be € 240,-.
